Natural Gas Generator Sets refers to a power generation device that uses natural gas as fuel and a gas internal combustion engine as the prime mover to drive an alternating current generator, converting mechanical energy into electrical and thermal energy. Classification of Natural Gas Generator Sets:

1. According to the different types of gas used, natural gas generator sets can be classified into conventional natural gas generator sets, oilfield associated gas generator sets, coalbed methane generator sets, shale gas generator sets, etc. Among them, according to the methane content (M.N.), coal-bed methane generating units can be divided into: high concentration generating units (M.N. ≥ 70) and low concentration generating units (M.N.9-69);

2. According to the engine speed, natural gas generator sets can be classified into high-speed natural gas generator sets (speed greater than 1000 r/min, four-strokes), medium-speed natural gas generator sets (speed of 400-1000 r/min, four-strokes), etc.
