Our power station equipment ranges from natural gas to liquid biofuels; From basic load to peak load regulation; Generator units ranging from 1 MW to over 500 MW are designed specifically to meet the needs of a wide range of customers.
1. Power Station Generator Set:
Our generator products include: high-speed 4-stroke internal combustion engine generator sets with power ranges from 1.0kW to 4000kW; The power range of medium speed 4-stroke internal combustion engine units is from 400kW to 25700kW; The power range of low-speed 2-stroke generator sets is from 4.0MW to 77MW, and they can be fueled with gas, oil, or dual fuels. The special generator sets we operate refer to power generation devices that can meet specific purposes and objectives, and are suitable for use in specific environments or conditions. Including enclosed generator sets, mobile generator sets, and emergency generator sets.
2. Power Station Mechanical Auxiliary Equipment:
The mechanical auxiliary equipment we provide for power stations includes fuel treatment systems, lubricating oil treatment systems, cooling water systems, start-up systems, intake and exhaust systems, exhaust gas boilers, etc. Different types and structures of power stations have different mechanical auxiliary equipment. Here is a brief introduction to the mechanical auxiliary equipment of heavy oil power stations for reference.
2.1 Fuel system The fuel system mainly includes: unloading station (including heavy oil unloading pump module, diesel unloading module), heavy oil storage tank, heavy oil settling tank, heavy oil daily tank, diesel storage tank, heavy oil supply module, diesel supply module, and heavy oil separation module.
2.2 Lubricating oil system The lubricating oil system provides the necessary lubrication conditions for all moving parts of the engine. It consists of the relevant engine lubrication system and station lubricating oil system that ensure the operation of the entire power plant. Including equipment such as oil unloading stations, oil supply modules, and oil separation modules.
2.3 Cooling water system The engine cooling water system consists of two cooling water circuits: low-temperature cooling water and high-temperature cooling water. The heat transferred to the engine cooling water is released into the atmosphere through the radiator.
2.4 Compressed air system The compressed air supply system consists of a starting air bottle and an air compressor. The compressed air system also provides auxiliary equipment to control air through pressure reducing valves.
2.5 Intake and exhaust system The intake system consists of an air filter, muffler, intake duct, etc. The combustion air filtered through the air filter enters the cylinder to participate in combustion; The exhaust system consists of an exhaust manifold, exhaust muffler, exhaust pipe, boiler, and chimney. The burning air is discharged into the atmosphere through the chimney.
2.6 Exhaust gas boiler system The heat recovery boiler system mainly includes: exhaust heat recovery boiler, heat transfer oil pipeline, valves and fittings, etc.
2.7 Water treatment system Including the supply water system, domestic water supply, and sewage system.
2.8 Sewage treatment system The sewage system of the power station must be able to treat all sewage, including oil contaminated wastewater from future planned and constructed buildings and facilities. All wastewater must be treated before being discharged.
3. Power Station Electrical Auxiliary Equipment:
The station electrical systems we provide mainly include high and medium voltage systems, low voltage systems, and control systems.
3.1 Medium and high voltage switchgear 6.3-13.8 kV switchgear is an indoor, metal sealed, floor mounted, withdrawable type instrument, relay, transfer switch, and indicator light installed in their respective cabinet panels and control cabinets. The protection level of the cabinet is IP41 or above. The circuit breaker is a three pole, single throw vacuum circuit breaker.
3.2 Low voltage switchgear Low voltage switchgear is equipped with operable withdrawable air circuit breakers, suitable for indoor installation, metal sealed, independent, frame structure. The air circuit breaker is a 3-pole, 600V air circuit breaker (ACB) with appropriate ratings for continuous and breaking currents.
3.3 Factory transformer Auxiliary transformers provide power services to power stations.
3.4 Cables and cable trays Cables can be installed above ground pipelines, cable trays, underground pipelines or cable trays, or directly buried in the ground. The pipeline should be made of hard steel pipe.
3.5 Black start generator set The power station should be equipped with auxiliary generator sets to provide power for the black start of the power station units, using light oil. When the power station is operating normally, it should be converted into an emergency backup unit for the power station equipment.
3.6 Power station control and monitoring system The central control room for generators, high-voltage switchgear, and other auxiliary systems is located in the main power room; The monitoring equipment, control data acquisition equipment, and control protection equipment for high-voltage power equipment, generators, and transformers are all arranged in the control room. The main interface of the operator should be an operation station composed of a mouse, keyboard, and color display.
3.7 On site instruments Necessary local instruments should be provided for oil tanks and pipelines in accordance with our standards to ensure efficient and reliable operation of the power station. The instrument should be suitable for tropical climate to adapt to the environmental conditions of the power station.
3.8 Grid connected booster station (optional) The design scale of the booster station is based on the capacity of the main transformer, and the main transformer is a three-phase no-load regulating oil immersed transformer; Adopting single busbar segmented wiring, single circuit outgoing line, and reserving spare outgoing line positions; The 11/13.8kV side adopts a single busbar segmented connection, and the number of incoming circuits for the 11/13.8kV power supply is consistent with the coordination of the power plant, with a single circuit main transformer outgoing.
