Rated Voltage 1kV&10kV Overhead Insulation Power Cable 

This kind of cable consists of compacted Cu/Al conductor, weather resistance insulation material and semi-conductive shielding layer. It has not only safe power transmission

character of power cable, but also mechanical character of aerial cable. In comparison with bare conductor, it has many advantages such as high reliability and good aging-resistant character, applicable to fixed installations of overhead system, is a preferable cable in city and town power transmission projects.

1.GB/T12527-2008 overhead insulation cable with rated voltage of 0.6/1kV;

2.GB/T14049-2008 rated voltage 10kV overhead insulation cable;

4.Q/JD06-2009 rated voltage 10kV steel reinforced overhead insulation cable;

5.Q/JD07-2009 rated voltage 1kV steel reinforced overhead insulation cable;

Property of The Cable:

1.Rated voltage:1kV, 10kV;

2.The highest long-term working temperature of the cable:

XLPE insulation cable: 90℃

PVC/PE insulation cable: 70℃

3.Short-circuit time lasts no more than 5s, the max. temperature of the cable conductor:

XLPE insulation——250℃ 

HDPE insulation——150℃;

4.The ambient temperature of installation shall not be lower than -20℃;

Package:

The cable has to be rolled neatened in the drum and package well, it should meet standard JB/T8137-2013, the cable end need to sealed, the cable end out of drum need to be protected by plastic cover and the length of out drum less 300mm. There has to be some necessary information on the cable package, such as: manufacturer name, cable name, size, rated voltage, quantity, quality, manufacturer date, standard and identify information and right rolled direction.
